our body relaxes, and tension melts away.
By incorporating laughter into your daily routine, you can effectively manage stress and
promote a sense of calmness.
Group laughter captures a sense of social connection. Laughing with others creates a bond of that moment and fosters a sense of community. This workshop builds and exercises these communal skills. Whether it's joining a comedy class or simply sharing a funny video with friends, laughter can strengthen relationships and enhance social connections

The workshop will begin with a warm-up session that includes basic wellness exercises to help relax your mind and body. Once we've warmed up, we'll play some improv games that will spark creativity and help build teamwork. After that, we'll move on to the first run of visual imagery exercises. Then, we'll learn about different comedy styles using selected video clips. Afterwards, we'll return to doing visual imagery exercises to enhance our creativity and imagination. Finally, we will end the session with a group-sharing activity to wind down.
