"Comedy for Mental Wellness" is an exciting interactive workshop teaching how to use your sense of humor to improve mental clarity and bring calmness. The workshop includes guided meditation and engaging creative exercises that help participants focus on their mental wellness dynamics. The lesson plan explores your unique sense of humor and creativity with visual imagery to recover and maintain mental clarity. By combining compassion with comedy, this workshop provides stress relief, boosts self-esteem, raises productivity, and strengthens communication. The program content stems from evidence-based research on the effectiveness of humor in health intervention combined with my experience of thirty years as a comedian and educator.
